To ensure the normal operation of the fire protection system, product quality always comes first. Before cooperation, we will inspect the factory and conduct a comprehensive investigation and evaluation of the supplier, including the supplier’s qualifications, production capacity and technical level, quality management system, price and delivery time, service and support. The factories we cooperate with are all leading manufacturers in the industry and are among the top three in their respective fields.
For every order, no matter how much the order amount is, we will go to the factory for pre-shipment inspection; for goods sent to our warehouse for centralized transportation, we will conduct inspections at our warehouse, including but not limited to water pressure tests, dimension measurements, surface inspections, packaging inspections, etc. And during loading, we will send people to the port to supervise the loading to ensure the safety and economy of loading. Ensure that the goods can be delivered to customers in a qualified manner.
After the production of the goods required by the customer is completed, in addition to spot checks by our factory’s internal quality inspection department, third-party personnel will also conduct inspections.
Firstly, they will randomly inspect one box of each type of goods based on the packing list. How to conduct the inspection? They will measure the volume of the packaging box, whether the packaging is intact, whether the packaging is anti-collision, and other tests. Next, open the packaging and calculate whether the number of boxes matches the packing list. The next step is to measure whether the length, thickness, thread accuracy, thread length, etc. of the pipe fittings meet the standards.
Third party personnel will organize measurement data and take photos of the entire measurement process to provide customers with a complete inspection report.
